By using our services or making a reservation, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.   1. Reservations and Payments:
    1.1. All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
    1.2. A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. We may pre-authorize or charge the provided credit card for the reservation amount or a deposit as specified at the time of booking.
    1.3. Payment is due upon check-in. We accept major credit cards, cash, or other forms of payment as specified by our hotel.
    1.4. Any additional charges incurred during your stay, such as room service, mini-bar, or damages, will be charged to the credit card provided at check-in or settled in cash before departure.
  2. Cancellation and Modification:
    2.1. Cancellation and modification policies may vary depending on the rate plan or booking source. Please refer to the specific terms provided at the time of booking.
    2.2. In the event of a no-show or late cancellation, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee equivalent to the first night’s stay or as otherwise specified in the reservation terms.
  3. Check-in and Check-out:
    3.1. Check-in time is typically after 2 pm, and check-out time is typically before 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to availability and additional charges.
    3.2. A valid government-issued identification or passport is required at check-in for all guests.
    3.3. Guests may be required to provide a credit card or cash deposit at check-in to cover incidental charges or damages, which will be refunded upon check-out, subject to inspection.
  4. Guest Responsibilities and Conduct:
    4.1. Guests are responsible for their own belongings and valuables. The hotel shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
    4.2. Guests must adhere to the hotel’s policies, including but not limited to noise regulations, smoking policy, and respect for other guests and hotel staff.
    4.3. Any damage caused to hotel property, including rooms, fixtures, or amenities, will be charged to the guest responsible.
    4.4. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or remove guests who violate hotel policies, engage in illegal activities, or exhibit disruptive behavior without a refund or compensation.
  5. Limitation of Liability:
    5.1. The hotel shall not be liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property arising from the use of hotel facilities or services unless caused by the hotel’s negligence or willful misconduct.
    5.2. The hotel shall not be liable for any interruptions, delays, or cancellations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or acts of government.
  6. Privacy:
    6.1. We collect and process personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
  7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
    7.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of California.

  9. Changes to the Terms and Conditions:
